1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 days of confirmation.

  • Quality Testing: Every bottle of our pure growth hair oil undergoes strict quality testing prior to shipping.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer fast delivery services throughout Pakistan.

Standard Delivery (Nationwide)

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 5 days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: PKR 200 (Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000).

Express & Local Delivery (Karachi)

  • Delivery Time: 1 to 2 days.

  • Shipping Charges: PKR 200.

Note: Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to courier backlogs, weather conditions, or unforeseen local issues.

3. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking number and the name of the courier service so you can monitor your shipment.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure you provide an accurate shipping address and active contact number at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or if delivery fails due to customer unavailability after repeated courier attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

5. Damage & Leakage Policy

Our pure growth hair oil bottles are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, in the rare event of breakage:

  • Reporting Window: Notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
